ONLINE ORDERING

We do our best to process orders placed by 12pm, Sunday through Thursday, on the same day. Orders received after that time or on the weekend will be process the next business day, with the exception of Holiday or high volume timeframes.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes from 1-3 days to arrive using our local shipping partner, depending on the destination.

Expedited orders using Same Day should arrive the designated number of business days after being shipped.

Chaps & Co charges VAT according to federal, state and local government guidelines.

Will my hair be washed during my appointment?2019-03-01T12:34:22+00:00

Yes! Your hair will be washed at no charge and included in your appointment.

What’s your cancellation policy?2019-03-01T12:29:16+00:00

You may cancel up to 2 hours before the start of your appointment. By entering your credit card information at the time of booking, you agree to accept a AED 50 cancellation fee if you cancel within 2 hours of the start of your appointment and 100% of the appointment fee if you do not show up.
